At the end of February we went to Harrison Hot Springs Resort for the final events of the Olympics. It was a fun way to enjoy watching our country win medals, yet spend lots of time sitting in the hot pools. The hotel had set up a conference room with chairs & tables and a big projection TV to watch the events. One of the biggest highlights was watching the men's hockey team win their gold medal. Devun was so excited during the game, running & jumping around the room and giving high-fives. Katie watched the first period, got restless in the second, and then fell asleep in the third & missed all the nail-biting, heart racing moments. How she managed to sleep through the celebrations at the end, I will never know. Here are a bunch of pictures from our weekend:
