Preschool Graduation
It's official... Devun graduated from Preschool ;) They had a fun year end party/graduation. First the kids decorated their bikes & had a bike parade. There was a bbq and lots of food, cake & graduation certificates & gifts. What a great morning!

Quad Tour
Nate's dad just celebrated his 65th birthday, so to celebrate Nate & I decided to take him out on a quad tour in Peachland. Nate's friend Jason and his dad also joined us. We all had a wonderful time and here are the pictures to prove it:

Boating with Grandpa
One of Grandpa's favorite things is driving boats. So while he was here he rented a couple boats and went out for some fun. Here are a couple pictures of our day on the water:

Devun LOVED going out on the tube, even if it was a little chilly:

Nate was the only one brave enough to go out wakeboarding... too cold for me!

Hardy Falls Hike
Nate's parents and Nate's sister's family came out to Kelowna for a week. Unfortunately we really missed Nate's brother & his family, but due to a recent move to Toronto and a baby on the way ;) they were unable to make the trip back. The kids had a wonderful time with the grandparents, and as always, Grandpa kept us all so busy that we had wonderful sleeps every night!!! The following posts will sum up some of our activities over the past week.

A Neice & Cousin!!!
Cabin Trip
With Nate in Slave Lake for 12 days, the kids and I are on a mission to keep busy... the busier we are, the faster the time will fly by. So with just over 24 hours to ourselves with no other commitments, we made a quick get-away to the cabin. It was awesome just to spend some time with the Katie & Devun.
Hot dogs taste amazing on the deck with this view:

Katie loved watching the baby ducklings:

Field Trip to EECO Center
Last week Devun's preschool had a field trip to the EECO center & Mission Creek Park in Kelowna. The guide took the preschool to look at turtles and then they got to scoop critters out of the pond to see what they could find. Here are a couple pictures from the morning:
